Gianduja - the inspired addition of hazelnut to chocolate. Solkiki created a white chocolate version of this recipe, adding organic Italian Piedmont hazelnuts to natural Madagascan cacao butter, which allows the roasted hazelnut flavours to shine. Stoneground for a few days, the chocolate has a lovely melt giving a very satisfying experience.
