Returns

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items.

If you believe your purchase to be defective in any way, please notify us immediately. We may require the goods to be returned to Copperhouse Chocolate Ltd. Products inspected and deemed defective will be replaced or refunded in full, including a refund of all delivery charges and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to Copperhouse Chocolate Ltd.
