Ordering
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email from Paypal to confirm payment. Copperhouse Chocolate will then package your order and send an email to let you know when it's on its way. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. If any delays occur Copperhouse Chocolate Ltd will contact you asap to advise of the delay and give an estimated dispatch date.
Copperhouse Chocolate Ltd reserve the right to change the price and description of any product, or withdraw a product altogether, with no prior notice. However, all orders placed will be honoured at the terms listed at the time of purchase.
Delivery
UK
* Standard delivery is by EVRI, at a flat rate of £3 per order. We offer free delivery for orders over £30. Larger orders may sometimes be sent in more than one package. Orders over 2kg may sometimes be sent by a different courier, at the same delivery cost.
* Premium delivery is by EVRI next day. Orders over 2kg may sometimes be sent by a different courier, at the same delivery cost.
Copperhouse Chocolate Ltd cannot accept liability for postal delays caused by EVRI, its employees or affiliates, cancelled deliveries due to bad weather or any other circumstance outside of our control.
